Platform use

CONSAI Solar OS supports renewable-energy marketplace, project-readiness and deal-room workflows for business users. Users are responsible for the accuracy of submitted organization, project and document data.

No investment advice

Marketplace information and readiness scores are decision-support tools and do not constitute legal, financial, tax or investment advice.

Verification and access

Certain marketplace details, deal-room features, document workflows and matching actions may require organization verification, an active subscription and role-based permissions.

Confidentiality

Users must treat non-public project, organization, document and message content accessed through the platform as confidential unless they have the right to disclose it.

Billing

Paid plans, seat limits, renewal terms and payment processing are shown during checkout. Access to paid features may be limited if payment fails, a subscription expires or the organization exceeds plan limits.

Acceptable use

Users must not upload unlawful content, bypass access controls, scrape private data or impersonate another organization.

Availability

The platform is provided as a hosted software service. Maintenance, third-party outages, security events or infrastructure issues may affect availability.
